Real quick- this is the wrong forumto post this in, i wouldnt bring it up but this has happened on multiple occasions lately

once again u will be referred to planetdebate.com/blockhouse

but in all seriousness i suggest planetdebate.com/blockhouse, scroll down until you see "Broadband Neg" click on it, and im sure they have inherency take outs in there that will have some "poor have computers" cards

Also, you'd want to check in the aff file... as it'd have nothing to do with the negative or inherency. As the plan gives internet, not computers...

What he ios talking about is the AT a neg argument that poor people don't have computers. And the best way to avoid this is to provide a voucher for the purchase of computers if the person doesn't have a computer.

The most effective argument I've found against this case is the public library argument.

Regardless of what bull crap card the aff may have, public libraries provide computers with internet access free of charge.
