Would this be something that could be done? Eliminate all other social services, combine the funds all into one social service which would be giving out annual $10,000 grants to everyone?

Increase means net increase.
Social services aren't cash.
Extra-T only to persons in poverty.

Just a few t's to work around.

Social services can actually be cash. Welfare and pension services all pay direct cash, and they are still considered social services.

Your problem is that, and Britain is right on this, that wouldn't actually be a net increase. You would still be putting out the same amount of cash, just in a different form. Plus, that would eliminate thousands of jobs because you would be getting rid of so many welfare offices.

Eh, a "service", it's debatable sure, I'm just saying be ready to defend it. As there are already T files saying cash isn't.

Well, sure. But in CX everything is debatable. There's rarely something thats just "accepted." But if I was them I would just pull up the United State's list of social services where it lists welfare and pensions.

That seems like it would solve the problem for me.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure. Or, at least it was this summer when we were writing the materials for our packets we made.

Fair enough, I still think the increase would be a huge problem though. As well as possibly framers intent.

Well the Ban SS CP is designed to give everyone to the U.S. so if you give 10,000 to just persons in poverty i think it will actual be a decrease in the amount of aid so T-increase is killer. Of Course the opposite is bad too if you give to everyone like the CP normal does than T-Persons in Poverty/Extra is pretty big. Also i believe a lot of the literature on the topic advocates to give to everyone.
