Resolved: the United States Federal Government should substantially increase the number of and/or substantially expand beneficiary eligibility for its visas for one or more of the following: employment-based immigrant visas, nonimmigrant temporary worker visas, family-based visas, human trafficking-based visas.

I think if the U.S. government would increase their beneficiary eligibility for visas, I would go for employment-based immigrant visas and non immigrant temporary worker visas. It would really be a great help for those who went to America to work legally and be given their rights as employee. With regards to family based visas, I think there really should be a limit due to their falling economy ( as we all know ).
